Shark Party Decor
If you’re reading this site, there’s a pretty good chance your yearly “decorating” budget goes toward Halloween decor.
For this party, we wanted to let the menu do the talking and accent the table and home with simple pieces from traditional summer parties like luaus and backyard barbeques.
For less than $30, we were able to set the scene for a summer celebration. Thank you, dollar store!
We picked up coconut shells, aquatic-themed signage, seashells, and beach accoutrement like flower leis and sand pails.
Shark Party Music
No celebration is complete without a fitting soundtrack. Your shark party should be no exception.
John Williams’s score to 1975’s Jaws is perfect for a shark party. It can be dark and threatening, but there are also lighthearted and beautiful pieces weaved into the score as well.
No piece of music is better fitting or more iconically captures the power and terror of those gliding monsters of the deep.
If you’re looking for something a little more adventurous, we’ve compiled a shark-inspired playlist filled with songs that tip their hats to the mesmerizing creatures.
