End Post-Halloween Depression Challenge: Daily tips and remedies to cure your Post-Halloween Depression!
Continuing our November challenge to End Post-Halloween Depression, we encourage you to celebrate autumn!
As sad is it may be, October is over. Before you break down though, try to think about all the positive aspects of the season you can still enjoy.
Halloween season is a combination of so many wonderful things: spooky decorations, delicious treats, cool weather, and time spent with family and friends.
Although the spooky side of the season is starting to fade, you can still enjoy many of these things throughout the month of November. It’s the peak of autumn, and so much of what makes Halloween special can carry over when celebrating the fall season.
Its prime time for colorful foliage, apple-picking, brisk evening walks, hayrides, hearty stews, cozy sweaters, gatherings with loved ones, fall festivals, gourds, and PUMPKINS!
It may be time to take down the cobwebs and bats, but remember there are still so many elements to appreciate: fall leaves, apple cider, and all the glorious joys of the harvest season.

Autumn usually comes and goes as it pleases this time of year in Texas, so I love taking advantage of the cooler days we get to wear my favorite fall clothes and make cozy crockpot meals and pumpkin treats, like cookies!
We don’t get a very long autumn here in SoCal either, so we’re doing the same. Enjoying the little bit of cool weather we get, making soup in the crock pot, and enjoying cozy nights inside!
